Technical Product Manager, Data & AI Solutions

Role Description: This role sits inside our client s Strategic Insights and AI Technologies pillar. This is a hands-on product management role in the development of Generative AI /ML products and related backend services. We're looking for individuals passionate about building products quickly, demonstrating capabilities iteratively and taking ownership of the product life cycle. Staying updated with modern product management practices and the latest AI capabilities released by major players in the market is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Able to independently run a product implementation from concept development till GTM.
• Work with engineering and design teams to build scalable, stable, and secure Data & Generative AI products.
• Stay updated with modern product management practices and innovations in AI.
• Run product and design sprints including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retros, and demos of capabilities built in each sprint.
• Collaborate with other domain product and engineering partners working on source system data analysis, AI capabilities to ensure there is no duplicate work, that all capabilities align to our product goals and vision and they're built for purpose.
• Understand and be able to explain technical architecture diagrams, component diagrams, basics of database schemas. The individual should have hands on skills to be able to guide/lead the teams.
• Create excellent presentations and hold relationships with business partners to demonstrate the value of capabilities built, excellent story-telling skills to influence and explain what is most valuable to deliver in the coming quarters and be able to speak in business and functional terms not technical terms to execs and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience. The need for a technical background through experience or education or both, is essential to this role..
• Over 2-5 years of hands-on product management experience not in a managerial role.
• Proficiency with Generative AI, Data, Visualization technologies like Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc..
• Working knowledge of Data Science and Machine learning including tools like Python and associated libraries
• Experience in managing secure, scalable, efficient software products.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Basic understanding of reinforcement learning, NLP, cloud-based AI services, large data-driven services and Generative AI solutions (e.g., Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face).
