Junior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead IT projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT projects on time and within budget. This position will require excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation through completion according to established project management methodologies and standards
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop project plans and schedules, identify and manage risks and issues, and track project progress against milestones
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project closure documents
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and customer expectations
• Continuously assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Mentor and coach project team members to ensure their professional development and growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a technology consulting or software development environment
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and customers
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
