Job Title: HR/IT Generalist
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 10+ months Contract
Must-have skills:
7+ Years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) exp;
7+ years of experience as a SME (subject matter expert) with a policy management/Policy Coordination, distribution system; exp with Emergency Notification System OR Everbridge OR completion of FEMA ICS 100, FEMA ICS 200; experience/certifications in Managed Change or Lean/Rapid Process Improvement. OR exp with the PowerDMS platform; exp managing the implementation of large-scale or enterprise-level projects OR exp with Florida Statewide Travel Management System (STMS)
Requirements:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience (7+ years)
Experience managing large-scale projects (5 years)
Experience as a subject matter expert in policy management and distribution systems (7+ years)
Experience overseeing processes for agency policies and procedures (7+ years)
Experience with enterprise-level emergency notification systems (5+ years)
Experience with Florida Statewide Travel Management System (STMS)
Experience as a User Management Administrator (2+ years)
Mid-upper level administrative support and HR coordination experience (10+ years)
Must have or be able to obtain CJIS certification.
Preferred:
Managed Change and Lean/Rapid Process Improvement certifications.
Experience with PowerDMS (5+ years preferred).
Experience with Everbridge emergency notification system and FEMA ICS 100/200 trainings.
Direct experience with Florida STMS implementation and maintenance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Interface with leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely project and service delivery.
Plan, organize, and manage HR/IT projects, resources, and services.
Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) by developing and executing change plans.
Administer policy management systems and ensure compliance with procedures.
Manage the Everbridge emergency notification system and perform quarterly tests.
Oversee user management in the Florida STMS, ensuring correct roles and training are assigned.
Provide administrative support, including HR functions such as staff onboarding and separation
