Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative; the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or do an outbound call within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires good communication skills; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to details.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Property and Casualty members by answering inbound calls, emails, and other contacts from the members
- Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm the information or for member authorization
- Apply knowledge of personal lines to assist member to bind policies, coverage provision, payments, and renewals for insurance product
- Provide response to members on call using the tools and resources available to support
- Set up reminders and follow up with customer on timely manner
- Follow the compliance and regulatory requirement when handling the members
- Maintain Property and Casualty (P&C) License
Qualification Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Min 1 year of customer service experience
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) producer License
