Location : Santa Clara, CA Remote + 25% travel to client site.

• Design and implement SAP Project Systems (PS) solutions that are in alignment with business objectives and project management requirements.
• Develop a robust system architecture that integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, FI/CO, and more, to support comprehensive business processes.
• Configure and optimize sub-contracting and sourcing processes within SAP to enhance project execution and cost management.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end procurement processes, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency in project-related sourcing activities.
• Set up, configure, and customize the SAP PS module to meet specific business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in project systems and procurement.
• Manage the integration of Project Systems with other SAP modules and external systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Provide training, support, and comprehensive documentation to end-users, and continuously improve the system by staying updated with SAP enhancements and conducting regular process reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Systems Architect with a strong understanding of system design and architecture principles.
• Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP PS, including knowledge of sub-contracting, sourcing strategies, and integration with project management.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize procurement processes and experience in implementing approval workflows and controls for purchase requisitions and orders.
• Experience with Goods Receipt/Goods Issue processes, serialization, and managing sub-contracting tasks within SAP.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead SAP implementation/upgrade projects and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to liaise with business users, technical teams, and management to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
