We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to oversee operations related to substation projects. This role requires managing multiple sites while coordinating with field engineers and interacting with external contractors to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit and assess substation locations to manage project progress and compliance.
Collaborate with field engineers to develop and execute project scopes and timelines.
Oversee multiple project sites simultaneously, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Communicate and coordinate with external contractors for efficient project delivery.
Utilize P-SIX technology and Smart Sheet for project tracking and reporting.
Manage documentation and ticketing through ServiceNow.
Prepare standard spreadsheets for project data and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of project management experience in power engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in P-SIX technology and Smart Sheet.
Strong understanding of project scopes and resource allocation.
Experience in managing project documentation and ticketing systems, specifically ServiceNow.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Familiarity with standard spreadsheet applications for data management and reporting.
