  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: CPE Network Troubleshooter
Location: CO 100% Onsite
Duration: 6+ Months CTH

Requirements: Must relocate to Englewood within 2-3 weeks if not local (no relocation assistance).
100% onsite role.


Expertise in DOCSIS, CPE (Customer Premise Equipment), and troubleshooting/debugging CPE.

Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network and CPE issues.
* Conduct performance assessments and identify capacity gaps.
* Establish security and connectivity protocols.
* Program routers, switches, and implement communication technologies.
* Manage network services from planning to implementation.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in network hardware/software, routing protocols, DOCSIS, CPE, ONU, and troubleshooting.
* Advanced knowledge of DOCSIS and EPON standards.
* Hands-on experience with CMTS platforms like Casa C100G, Arris E6000, and Cisco cBR8.
* Familiarity with EPON platforms such as ADTRAN 95XX, Vecima (Nokia) 7360.
* Expertise in routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, ISIS, multicast (v4/v6).
* Strong technical documentation and test planning skills.
Additional Skills:
* Advanced troubleshooting and debugging experience with CPE and ONU.
* Creative problem-solving in network infrastructure and security.
