Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail oriented HR Generalist to join our team part time and help support our growing business. In this role you will partner with our leadership team to oversee HR functions, ensuring our staff is engaged, our processes are efficient, and our compliance is rock solid. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our company culture, helping us identify staffing needs, supporting existing employees, and retention, and working on long term HR strategy to help us grow.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing EOS Structure: Lead the adoption of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) by establishing clear roles, processes, and accountability within the company. Regularly conduct Level 10 Meetings, maintain Traction and Vision/Traction Organizers.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process from job postings to interviews to onboarding. Develop a streamlined, welcoming process for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively. Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, promoting engagement, and encouraging open communication.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, collaborate with managers to set clear employee goals, provide feedback, and develop growth plans.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Administer payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) plans. Work with leadership to develop competitive compensation strategies.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies are up-to-date with local, state, and federal employment laws. Manage employee records, contracts, and necessary documentation to maintain compliance and confidentiality.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate ongoing training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity. Help identify opportunities for individual and team development.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Track key HR metrics, analyze data on employee retention, engagement, and performance, and present actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or 5+ years of experience in HR roles, particularly in small to mid-sized businesses.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
  • Prior experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) preferred. A willingness to learn and implement Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is required.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment regulations, and federal/state compliance requirements.
  • Proven success in managing recruitment, payroll, and benefits programs with precision and confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking; able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of employees.
  • Experience in performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing business priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly: $30- 38/ hour based on experience
