Job Description:

• Assist a global, functional workstream lead in planning. organizing, and managing workplans, ensuring critical milestones are achieved for Day 1 integration activities.
• The individual is expected to identify and mitigate risks / issues and tracking appropriate items in a RAID log.
• Additionally, they will be responsible for weekly workstream reporting and should be able to create messaging appropriate for executive consumption.
• The individual should also have proficient communication skills [both verbal and written], enabling them to lead and direct a team distributed across multiple regions.

• Assist integration leads in organizing and planning efforts to achieve Day 1 success on a regional basis.
• This individual will be required to understand the progress of each functional workstream and how that status intersects or supports overall integration efforts.
• The individual must have strong communication skills [both verbal and written], as they will support resources across disciplines - all working towards a common goal. Individuals should be able to work autonomously and require minimal guidance to move work efforts forward.
• Additionally, this individual may be responsible for weekly workstream reporting and should be able to create messaging appropriate for executive consumption.
• Assist the IMO [integration management office] in PMO responsibilities, such as: governance tracking and administration, executive reporting, consolidation of materials, workstream support.
