Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CI/CD Engineer to join our Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CICD) team in Alpharetta. As part of this mature and self-driven team, you will be responsible for enhancing and supporting the CI/CD processes, integrating various tools, and contributing to our robust DevOps environment. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, technically proficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Kubernetes, and other industry-standard tools.
- Support build and deployment processes across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline code releases and ensure seamless integration and deployment workflows.
- Continuously improve and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Work on automation initiatives to improve development and release cycles.
- Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems are in place for the CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate cloud services where applicable (AWS preferred).
Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Jenkins, Kubernetes, and DevOps processes.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming for automation and scripting.
- Familiarity with build and deployment processes and supporting infrastructure.
- Self-motivated, highly technical, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS (Azure not required).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Exposure to supporting production-grade infrastructure in a CI/CD context.
