  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role: IRIS for Health L2 Operations Support Engineer

Location: Remote

We are looking for a dedicated IRIS for Health L2 Ops Support Engineer with strong expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting production environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IRIS for Health and experience in managing production servers and clusters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Support: Provide L2 support for IRIS for Health production servers, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Cluster Management: Identify and address issues within production clusters, including purging data and restoring IRIS nodes when necessary.
  • System Upgrades: Support and manage IRIS for Health image upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Collaboration with L1 Ops Team: Assist the L1 operations team in identifying and escalating issues using observability tools like Grafana and logging dashboards.
  • Cloud & Kubernetes Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to support and optimize IRIS for Health deployments in cloud environments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with IRIS for Health, particularly in a production support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues in IRIS for Health production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with cluster management, including node restoration and data purging.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and logging systems.
  • Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and GKE, with the ability to support cloud-based IRIS deployments.
