Business Communications Specialist

Location: Boise, ID

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm

Position Summary:

The Business Communications Specialist and SharePoint web administrator responsible for developing company/department wide communications.

Requirements:

  • Develops clear, concise written communications containing appropriate level of information
  • Demonstrates great attention to detail and editing skills to ensure communications have no mistakes ( grammar, spelling, broken links).
  • Develops effective communications quickly with minimal information and guidance
  • Edits communications developed by others while maintaining strong working relationship
  • Works well with different subject matter experts and leaders
  • Recognizes the needs of different target audiences
  • Adjusts communication style based on organizational culture and demand
  • Experience developing a communication campaign that includes different forms of communication including posters, websites/web designs, presentations, newsletters, branding
  • Experience designing SharePoint/Web sites to improve communications
  • Recognizes challenges associated with implementing and communicating changes within an organization
  • Experience using Microsoft Office solutions including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel
  • Education and/or proven experience in business communications
  • Must have strong SharePoint and Microsoft Power Apps experience
