THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR PLUMBING TECHNICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

This full-time plumber position works each weekday with the typical hours being 7 am - 5 pm, with varying end times.

YOUR ROLE:

Your truck goes home with you, so you dispatch from home in the morning to arrive at the first job by 8 AM. As a Plumbing Technician with us, you're responsible for performing plumbing repairs and installations while ensuring our customers receive top-notch service every step of the way. From operating field management software to efficiently managing your job tasks from start to finish-including estimating, completing the work, and collecting payment-you play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction. We provide the best customer experience while our customers are dealing with stressful situations. The Plumbing comes second to taking care of the customer. We strive to give "above and beyond" service!

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Journeyman plumbing license
• Positive Attitude
• Professional Demeanor
• Likes to dress sharp
• A driver's license and clean driving record are a must
• Must live within the Portland area (commuting distance)

The following qualifications are preferred for our plumbers:

• History with service plumbing
• Currently employed
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus!
