  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Offstream is on a mission to enable carbon compliance by building the tools clean tech project developers use to stay compliant and maximize revenue for their operations. We're looking for a dynamic Business Ops lead to join our growing team and drive our mission forward.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • You're adaptable and comfortable wearing many hats
What you will do
  • Own day-to-day customer operations in partnership with the engineering team
  • Generate, qualify, and source leads that match Offstream’s ideal customer persona
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Develop and optimize internal processes and systems that scale as we grow
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and external communications
  • Grow into P&L ownership and build a team as Offstream grows
What you will bring
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting roles
  • 1-2 years of experience in renewables, clean tech, carbon markets, or environmental regulations
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or other related Masters program also welcome
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
