LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant for a Not-For-Profit organization. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $55K-$65K plus health, dental and vision benefits, and 401K.
The primary responsibilities of the Staff Accountant is assisting with full-cycle month-end close, financial reporting, assisting with staff, and assisting with the annual audit.

The primary responsibilities of the Staff Accountant is assisting with full-cycle month-end close, financial reporting, assisting with staff, and assisting with the annual audit.
Key Functions include:
- Reconciliations and GL account validations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Reconcile various balance sheet accounts including payroll
- Financial reporting
- Manage the annual audit process
- Assist with supervising assigned staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting/business required.
- Background check clearance required.
- Experience using Great Plains preferred.
