LHH is hiring an experienced Skilled Nursing Biller to join our Centralized Billing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure timely billing and collections for 20+ skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform billing and collections for 20+ skilled nursing facilities, with a focus on high-volume billing.

  • Handle Long-Term Care Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial Insurance billing.

  • Manage aged claims and denials, while providing support to Field Accountants and Business Office Managers as needed.

  • Conduct research and apply analytical skills to resolve billing issues.

  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of claims.

Requirements:

  • MUST have experience in billing Long-Term Care Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial Insurance.

  • Experience with PCC software preferred.

  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage high-volume billing for multiple facilities.

Compensation: $58,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid with Minimal Travel)
