HR Admin
LHH is proactively recruiting for an HR Admin in Philadelphia, PA. This position is a Contract (Temp). The anticipated pay range is between $20-$21/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities:
Will be the initial point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and compliance
Will update employee files meaning hiring, terminations, leave, transfer, and promotion.
Conduct reports for surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resources
Prepare and manage payroll and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
Prepare monthly HR metrics and reports
Creating company policies
Scheduled interviews
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree preferred not required
2-3 years background in role
Must be proficient in MS Office Suites, HRIS, ATS
Must have knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to EEO, affirmative action, leave management, benefits, payroll, recruitment, and generally accepted human resources principles.
Must be organized
Have great communications both verbal and written
Employment type: Contract (Temp)
Salary: The anticipated pay range is between $20-$21/hr.
