Adecco Healthcare is in search of a distinguished Medical Director to spearhead our client's innovative healthcare initiatives in Syracuse, NY - 13057. This role offers the unique chance to shape the future of patient care in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
- Flexible hybrid work-from-home options for administrative tasks
- No on-call
- No weekends
Base Compensation
- 325,000+ annually (depending on experience), with additional incentive opportunities
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics.
- Current, unrestricted New York State medical license.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care.
- Proven leadership experience in clinical settings.
- Passion for integrated care models and collaborative approaches with behavioral health providers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and advocacy for underserved populations.
- Expertise in treating patients across all age groups (currently serving 12+, with potential to expand).
