  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are supporting a client near the Clinton NJ area that is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to support their growing team! This role is responsible for the following:

AR, AP, and Accounting functions

  • Process customer payments
  • Analyze discrepancies
  • Post daily invoices via EDI
  • Monitor aging AR reports
  • Follow up on delinquent accounts
  • Research & dispute claims
  • Enter invoices
  • Prepare month end and JE's, tax reporting prep
  • Strong excel skills - pivots, vlookups
