Sr. Data Scientist

Roles / Responsibilities:

1. Assist in defining sources and workflow of various engagement product sources to develop primary collation point and tracking of volume
2. Assist with design of framework to future-proof, allow buildability into methodology of metrics portion of program
3. Deliver scalable metrics dashboard/output to allow continuous build and use of client engagements metric data by user story (I.e. by product, business sector, program overall, client etc).

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Tableau 7+ years experience creating effective visuals, dashboards, etc from data for senior management
• Python ability to review data inputs, flows, collation tools and suggest updates, tools to improve and scale data collection and collation
• 5-7+ years experience of data analysis, manipulation.
• Experience with Big Data is required
• You have a Bachelor s degree (Data science, Computer Science preferred) or equivalent work experience
• You have skills and proficiency with MS Excel, Access
• You have good communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly
• You enjoy learning and love sharing your knowledge with others
• You work independently and are self-directed
• You are a detail oriented and perseverant individual
• You have a positive attitude with the drive to get the work done
• You are a self-starter with good problem-solving skills, and you continuously look for ways to improve things.
• You understand the importance of prioritization of your work.
