Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOH) is hiring an ERP Kinetic Administrator to join our IT team. EOH is a family of employee-owned companies that specialize in highly engineered solutions. EOH provides corporate services - HR, Accounting, Marketing, Operations and IT support for the group of companies outlined below. Hydraquip, Inc. and GCC provide technical expertise and value-added solutions through their offering of hydraulic, pneumatic and automation products. Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (SIT) focuses on hydraulic, mechanical and structural design to deliver custom, turn-key systems.

The ERP Kinetic Administrator will play an important role in supporting the implementation and growth of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system primarily used at our manufacturing company, Supreme Integrated Technology. Reporting directly to our VP of IT, this role is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of our ERP system by troubleshooting and resolving ERP problems, administering ERP functions, developing solutions, dashboards, scripts, and queries, and managing and protecting company data.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all departments and entities to investigate, design, and implement procedures and scripts to optimize software utilization for every job function.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation or work instructions for existing and future software procedures. Develop user cheat sheets for quick reference.
  • Integrate the ERP system with all existing and future third-party software, including but not limited to:
      • Wireless warehouse
      • Mobile devices
      • ECM
      • Cadlink
      • FP&A
      • MES
      • DMT
  • Lead the organization and transition of data for the company s ERP system during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Train existing and future employees in the efficient use of ERP software. Coordinate and assist with necessary training provided by outside software vendors.
  • Facilitate the company online ERP message board. Open and monitor support calls/cases to the ERP provider (Epicor). Research and integrate fixes and workarounds to achieve maximum ERP system efficiency.
  • Carry out all duties and responsibilities in an ethical and conscientious manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • MCSA SQL Server 2016 or MCSE Data Platform Certification preferred.
  • MCSE Business Intelligence Certification a plus.
  • SSRS Report Management and Creation
  • 3+ years consulting, business application training or customer support experience in the software industry required.
  • Epicor Kinetic/ERP software experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Epicor s enterprise applications preferred.
  • Effective teaching, excellent verbal/written communication skills and PC skills required.

Experience

  • Education as described above may be accepted in lieu of experience.
  • 3-8 years experience with ERP software preferred (Experience with Epicor Kinetic/ERP software required).
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is considered a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Must have accounting or financial systems knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Must Display strong technical skills in the Windows Operating system environment and have experience in Microsoft Office (knowledge of SQL server, SSRS and SQL query writing).
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment, with an attention to detail and a drive to excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Distribution industry experience is a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, end user focus and ability to think cross functionally.
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task between different cases.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting, research, and analytical ability, strong decision making skills and willingness to support changing department initiatives.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment where coaching and mentoring is involved.
