Elite Sourcing has a great opportunity to work as a superintendent for a construction company located in the Los Angeles area. The superintendent implements all field activities for self-performed work, subcontractor work, and field logistical items by coordinating and managing field staff and project subcontractors from project initiation through completion. This role acts as a leader in the field, responsible and accountable for the quality, safety, and schedule of the construction site. The Superintendent must professionally represent the company s field operations as the primary interface with the owner and design team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of jobsite management experience
  • Experience working in occupied building and during night hours.
  • Experience working on adaptive reuse projects.
  • Ability to visualize the entire project and anticipate constructability issues and embed solutions in the construction plans and schedules.
  • General understanding and experience with construction trades
