POSITION TITLE: Recruitment Specialist

LOCATION: Onsite from Carlsbad and Sorrento Valley, CA

COMPENSATION: $52K-70K

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Specialist is expected to ensure operational excellence through providing quality service to candidates, and contractors. You will also be expected to directly screen and support onboarding of candidates; conducting presents and de-briefs; marketing candidates; and conducting follow-up and quality control checks on all placements to ensure appropriate matching and client satisfaction

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

  • Respond to and resolve client and candidate issues in a timely manner, bringing issues to the attention of branch manager as appropriate.
  • Ensure that operational procedures are executed correctly.
  • Develop relationship with program manager and branch team.
  • Communicate effectively by phone, in person, and in writing.
  • Upload candidates with resume to the Cloud/ATS system in real time for commercial branch team.
  • Update and open job orders in ATS system to reflect client needs in real time. Communicate openings to the branch manager and team at minimum of once per week and additionally as needed.
  • Confirm first day starts and send dispatch confirmations via email or text.
  • Assign new hires in ATS system. Ensure assignments are closed in real time with auditing once per week.
  • Add badge numbers to the ATS system for new starts. Replace badges for Eastridge contingent workforce as needed and update systems.
  • Follow-up on daily and weekly payroll items with weekly payroll adjustments sent to payroll team by due day. Upload weekly screening time to Cloud along with submittal of ATR.
  • Work weekly comparison report to reconcile payroll and billing discrepancies
  • Coach Eastridge contingent workers based on attendance and performance feedback. Work with program manager to communicate any action items necessary.
  • Work with program manager to communicate call outs and followup on return to work dates.
  • Work with Eastridge injury/workers compensation team to complete necessary investigation packets and modified duty restrictions.
  • Upload background attestations to Cloud system.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Trouble shoot timekeeping systems with support of IT as needed when onsite.
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner and consistently demonstrate our values of Deliver Our Best, Commitment, Creativity, Integrity, and Communication

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of relevant management experience preferred
  • Passion and take ownership of your role
  • Be fanatical about data integrity and tracking information on candidates accurately and timely
  • BA/BS Degree Preferred
