Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project team and clients to understand and address business and technical problems
  • Provide IT functional and technical support, with a focus on web or non-web-based systems
  • Configure and implement Low Code/No Code Platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Apps, SharePoint
  • Develop solutions in programming languages such as Java, .NET, C#, or Python
  • Analyze and resolve technical challenges
  • Conduct analysis and make recommendations on technical approaches and solutions
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Take training to learn new technologies, programming languages, and platforms as needed to perform the duties of your project
  • and systems; help create prototypes and proofs of concept
Required Experience
  • Familiar with computer science concepts, principles and designs
  • Experience with design, development, testing, and debugging of software applications
  • Experience with web development technologies
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C# and Python
  • Experience with web application frameworks
  • Knowledge of data analytics and visualization principles
  • Experience with database technologies and concepts; knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of the following is optional: Human Centered Design, GIS, Mobile Development, Big Data, AI/ML and IoT
  • Knowledge of implementing solutions on a cloud environment is optional (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Detail-orientation and critical thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving
  • Ability to manage workload and time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently at times and to collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to redirect efforts to ensure project success
Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related fields
