Position: Project Manager (Product Development and Supply Chain Systems)

Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex and concurrent product development projects, ensuring successful delivery using standard project management methodologies. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in influencing development teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leadership while managing timelines and risks in a matrix management environment. Additionally, this role requires deep expertise in Blue Yonder (BY) Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Order Promising (OP), guiding development teams and managing ongoing implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful completion of complex and concurrent product development projects using industry-standard project management processes.
  • Build consensus with development teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to manage projects effectively.
  • Plan and execute using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) frameworks, driving the team to meet their goals.
  • Coordinate cross-disciplinary project teams in a matrix management environment.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leverage project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online and other project/business applications.
  • Create and maintain a learning and collaborative work environment for teams, helping to resolve conflicts and remove barriers.
  • Ensure efficient execution of projects with geographically distributed and remote teams.
  • Apply creative problem-solving in ambiguous situations to drive long-term strategy while delivering quick results.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guiding the development team on Blue Yonder ESP and OP implementations, managing program timelines, risks, and integrating with parallel projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex product development projects, particularly in supply chain systems.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder (BY) Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Order Promising (OP), with the ability to guide development teams and manage program risks.
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies.
  • OKR Experience: Working knowledge and experience using OKRs for project planning and execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to interact, collaborate, and negotiate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Remote Team Management: Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Project Online, and other project management software.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work with ambiguity and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
