Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to work remote. This position is to lead and oversee our cyber program initiatives. As a key liaison between contract stakeholders, subcontractors, and government entities, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of all program activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to ensure efficient implementation of internal processes and procedures within the cyber program.
• Contract Management: Accountable for overseeing contract deliverables, ensuring they are submitted on time and meet established quality standards.
• Team Management: Manage and evaluate the performance of program staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Project Management: Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects within the cyber domain, overseeing technical staff and ensuring alignment between business and technical aspects.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with program activities, monitoring progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of cyber security principles and practices, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in program management within a cyber or IT environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional) and either CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
