DVS is seeking a Security Receptionist to support a large DoD team. This position requires an active secret clearance. The work location will be Fort Huachuca, AZ.
Job Description:
- Verify appropriate identification is present and visible on all personnel attempting entry into the customer site.
- Verify all guests in Defense Information System Security (DISS).
- Issue appropriate badge, based on defined contractor requirements, prior to permitting entry into the customer site.
- Greet all incoming and outgoing staff and customers.
- Take appropriate action, as necessary, to ensure proper handling of classified material to mitigate breaches in security, policy, or procedures.
- Support the physical security requirements, as defined for the position.
- Assist in the Incident Reporting procedures, as defined.
- Effectively manage time and effort to ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks. Support special projects as needed to achieve organizational goals and/or mission objectives.
- Coordinate with external organizations such as 7th Signal Command (Theater), Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), U.S. Army Cyber Command (USARCYBER) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as needed to support customer request.
- Assist in the creation, maintenance and/or review of written documentation and procedures for the customer and Security Receptionist team.
- Assist with regular security checks, document findings, and assist with remediation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS +4 or AA/AS +2 or BA/BS +0 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to secure and maintain a SECRET level security clearance.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Scheduling flexibility, to include nights, weekends and/or holidays, as needed
- Occasional travel may be required for work or training purposes.
NOTE: The Security Receptionist role is a rotating schedule that covers the 24x7x365 operations. This position will require flexible hours. Candidates must be able to support scheduling flexibility for all required shifts.
