DineAmic Hospitality is seeking an Information Technology Systems Administrator to maintain and improve the technical systems across the company, ensuring the Corporate Office and Restaurant Operations teams have the technology resources they require to complete their work and meet business needs, while keeping the organization s data secure. The IT Systems Administrator will set up, manage, audit, and troubleshoot technology systems; respond to and resolve hardware problems; and update system software and implement strategies to mitigate cyber-security risks. The ideal candidate is organized, problem solves well independently, works with a sense of urgency, and can multi-task in a high-paced and dynamic environment.

General Functions + Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an inventory of technology hardware such as desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, Point-of-sale systems, phones, etc. across all DineAmic properties
  • Assess the functionally of existing equipment and systems; Phase out/dispose of old hardware in a secure manner; Research and make recommendations on the purchase of new equipment
  • Setup, configure and customize user hardware and workstation configurations.
  • Manage software platforms and user access as needed; Evaluate and implement strategy for enforcement of Principle of Least Privilege access across environment.
  • Develop and implement security technologies and communicate/train security policies with end users
  • Manage inbound support tickets, research incidents and service requests, and resolve where possible
  • Support and troubleshoot technologies such as email, networking, and Point-of-Sale systems
  • Efficiently escalate out-of-scope issues or problems to designated contractors, consultants, and/or vendors and work with them as needed to resolve issues
  • Create and maintain knowledge base and refer articles to end users across company when applicable
  • Additional duties within the scope of the role

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems or similar field preferred
  • Previous work experience in computer and/or IT support required
  • Experience with VOIP phones, Cisco Meraki, and Point-of-Sale systems, especially Toast, preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication and writing skills
  • Ability to quickly learn computer systems and processes is required.
  • Willingness to work from office and restaurants, as remote work will not be permitted
  • Moderate physical activity like standing/walking/lifting heavy items may be required.
