Digital Consultants is seeking a Server Admin, Cloud Admin, DBA, and Cyber-security Team Lead to join our contract providing the Army Communication Electronics Command (CECOM) with IT Support Services. This position will be responsible for leading a team of 9 system administrators, cloud administrators, and information assurance analysts who will provide full-time system administration, cloud support, database administration, and cybersecurity support to CECOM. This position and its team will be located at Army Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

Duties to include:

• Oversee system administration services, including:
• Data Center Operations
• Web Site and Database Support
• Backup and Recovery Operations
• Network Monitoring and Server Room Operations
• Information Assurance Support
• Application Support Operation
• Application Support Testing and Release Management
• Application Support SQL Design, Development, and Maintenance

Oversee cloud administration services, including:

• Cloud Systems Administration
• Web Site and Database Support
• Backup and Recovery Operations
• Network Monitoring and Server Room Operations
• Information Assurance Support
• Application Support Operation
• Application Support Testing and Release Management
• Application Support SQL Design, Development, and Maintenance
• Migration of systems and services to a cloud environment

Oversee information assurance/cybersecurity services, including:

• EMASS Data entry
• System documentation/artifact creation listed in step 1-6 of the tech evaluation
• Security design for cloud technologies

• US Citizenship Required
• Bachelors Degree in related IT Field
• Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) Clearance required, as minimum

Certifications:

• IAT Level II
• DoD 8570.01 M Baseline Certification Required (CSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP and CCNA-Security+ or equivalent as specified in the DoD 8570.01 M)
• DoD 8570.01 M Computing Environment Certified (MCDST: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician or equivalent as specified in DoD 8570.01 M) IAT II Certification
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Experience:

• 5 or more years of related experience, including 3 years in a project manager role. A minimum of three (3) years of project management experience is required. Demonstrated leadership of multiple contracts of significant complexity and scope.
