Creative Solutions in Healthcare is looking to add a Revenue Cycle Manager to our Corporate team in Fort Worth! Reliability, trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job. The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperative and politely work and deal with others, and to effectively multi-task and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job. This is a great opportunity and a pathway to becoming the Vice President of Accounts Receivable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in healthcare, Business Administration, or related field; or

Two (2) years of experience in revenue cycle in a Long-Term Care setting in lieu of degree

Two (2) years of personnel management experience

2-5 years of Long-Term Care Texas HMO claims processing experience

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

Creates and develops reports to address management needs; analyze information to identify trends or issues.

Knowledge of Long-Term Care regulations as it relates to all payer sources.

Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to monitor and track revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the revenue cycle.

Manage the accounts receivable process, including monitoring and analyzing aged receivables, identifying trends, and developing strategies for improvement.

Analyzes Accounts Receivable to avoid unnecessary denials and write-offs, decrease aging, and identify problematic activity.

Coordinate and collaborate with facility staff to ensure proper billing practices are followed to maximize revenue and minimize denials.

Supervise and mentor revenue cycle staff.
