Reception Attendant

We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable individual to work with our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in person and on the phone
• Answer inbound calls and assist other members of the team to help our customers
• Accept payments, credit card & cash handling and close work orders
• Perform data entry
• Saturday work schedule required

Qualifications:

• Must be a team player
• Must have the desire to work with a team and the public
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have excellent phone etiquette
• Must have strong cash handling experience and skill
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced office settng
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
