About the Role:
At CORVETTE CENTER, we are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Newington, CT. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic and high-performance vehicles in the industry. CORVETTE CENTER has been a trusted name in the automotive industry for over 20 years. We specialize in Corvette sales, service, and customization, providing our customers with top-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. Our team is passionate about Corvettes and takes pride in delivering the best possible experience to our customers. Join us and be a part of a dynamic and rewarding work environment. We have all year vehicles come in for repairs. Vehicles range in age from 1930s-2023. We deal mostly with Corvette and GM products. But at times will have 70s Mopar, Mustangs, ect. We are a preferred Hagerty Repair Center. We do general maintenance to full restorations, Ls swaps on classic cars, Dyno tuning and performance work. Track preparation on race cars. Pay is based on experience and capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Corvette vehicles
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical issues
- Perform engine and transmission repairs and replacements
- Inspect and test vehicles to ensure functionality and safety
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic
- Valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
