Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer & Project Manager to lead the development of innovative Martech solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience through agile methodologies, AI integration, and data security practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the development team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
  • Oversee and participate in the design, development, and deployment of technological solutions, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Plan and manage development projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Implement robust data security practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Select and manage external vendors for technology solution implementation, ensuring quality and compliance of deliverables.
  • Build, lead, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, developing technical and management skills within the team.
  • Evolve and support current Contctica Project Managers and related processes to increase their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and project management methodologies to optimize results and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience and achievements).
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Advanced certifications in agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, and Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools, focusing on their application in Martech.
  • Strong understanding of data security principles and experience implementing compliance measures (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Extensive experience in deploying and managing cloud-based solutions on platforms like Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
