  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Compliance Team is hiring for a project at our client s site in Noblesville, IL

A local resource is preferred but our client is also open to travel to their site.

Position Summary

Our client is implementing Maximo and will need to create asset information from calibration source data and various procedures. Activities include:

  • Manage the schedule and work with the CMMS coordinator to take asset creation forms and implement them in the system
  • Create assets and work orders for approximately 300 unique assets.
  • Create work plans for the associated equipment.

Critical Requirements:

  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Maximo
  • Knowledgeable on asset identification (direct, indirect, etc) to help in creating assets and work orders.
  • Experience in GMP manufacturing
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration

Note: This is not an IT Project Manager position.

This contract position will be through the end of 2024, with potential for extension.
