Position Overview:

Communiboost is looking for a skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT systems and networks. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring hardware and software, managing network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security of our systems. This is a critical role that supports both internal staff and our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and other IT equipment

- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

- Implement security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats

- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels

- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any potential vulnerabilities

Qualifications:
