Job Description
Responsibilities:

Support the established Ariba supplier enablement process pre and post Go-Live for the various regional deployments.

Gather and manage collection of vendor master data to utilize in Ariba supplier enablement activities.

Lead supplier integration activities per deployment Flight Plan.

Manage integration testing activities and properly document in test result system.

Manage the supplier enablement backlog, performing a daily follow-up of the supplier responses/issues ensuring resolution and decrease of backlog.

Effectively escalate issues to the supplier enablement Lead when issues are identified.

Update flight plan and vendor upload file to ensure newly onboarded suppliers are included prior to Go-Live.

Develop and provide weekly KPIs to leadership on integration and data readiness.

Assist Catalog enablement activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple tasks effectively to deliver quality outcomes simultaneously and on-time.

Proficiency to develop written materials and internal content with attention to detail.

Experience in the corporate realm to have a general understanding of business acumen, with appreciation of business challenges and ability to obtain desired outcomes.

Good engagement and communication skills with proven ability to assist in delivering clear, concise, and tactful messages.

Interpersonal skills with ability to establish relationships quickly and building trust.

Ability to effectively work in partnership with client, consulting partners and contractors.

Results-driven with strong team collaboration skills and self-awareness.

Ability to gather and analyze data to identify and report out on key performance indicators.

Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
