Purchasing Specialist

[Job Summary]
[Job Description]
Aggregate BOM/Artwork status in order to place purchase orders.
Communicate with the factory subsidiaries to receive designs and production schedule of new products for B2B and B2C Releases.
Perform inventory planning/purchasing by analyzing PSI report.
Support E-Commerce business activity such as purchasing inventory check, bundle request etc.
Closely communicate with marketing and creative team for future E-Commerce launch plan of new items.
Communicate with team to fully aggregate sales by clearly showing inventory status/replenishment schedule.
Analyze and check purchase order schedule with vendors to make sure products to be delivered within projected time period.
Support purchasing manager (vendor management, sourcing management)
Arrange shipping for the local purchase orders ahead of time to reduce any shipping delays.
Create a work schedule with the warehouse ahead of time to successfully prepare any related promotions.
[Qualifications]
Degree in business administration or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as purchasing specialist or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
Proficiency in MS and Purchasing software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
