Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes, materials, and products.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Participate in product development processes to ensure quality requirements are met from the outset.
• Train and educate team members on quality standards and best practices.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• years of experience in quality engineering or a related role.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, control plans, root cause analysis).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
