The Restaurant Onboarding and Implementation team is composed of Implementation Specialists, Team Leads, Managers, and Senior Leadership. This is an entry level role that reports directly to a Team Lead, who will have a team of 5-7 Implementation Specialists.

The Impact You Will Make:

  • Manage and oversee the post-sale workflow once the contract is signed.
  • Oversee the post sale workflow once the contract is signed.
  • Call restaurant owners daily to facilitate the onboarding of new accounts with the goal of getting them live on the platform as quickly as possible
  • Manage your client relationships during the onboarding experience to exemplify our Customer Obsessed value
  • Collaborate with other teams and restaurant owners to set up accounts for long-term success including scheduling photoshoots, confirming operating hours, menu sources and collecting any additional information required
  • Provide restaurant owners with insights into the value of getting onto the platform as quickly as possible to more orders and align with our goals and training them on platform capabilities and how to use our products and services

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalency required
  • You manage your time well in an organized fashion
