The Opportunity

As a Coravin Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our global customer experience team providing extraordinary service, driving high satisfaction, and building brand loyalty with Coravin customers. You will perform a full range of customer service activities such as obtaining information from customers, taking orders, responding to inquiries or problems and educating customers on how to use our products; the communication is primarily through email but as needed, across other communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Always maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Interact with customers to identify and solve issues, questions about their account, or other inquiries about our products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers on placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and recommend products to benefit the customer personally
  • Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary (includes research and involving) other departments as necessary to resolve customer needs
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and identify opportunities for improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • Maintain a balance between customer benefit and company policy in decision making

  • Love of wine and interest in the wine industry is a definite plus.

Experience & Requirements:

  • 2+ years related experience in customer service, order processing or customer facing environment.
  • Fluent in English is essential
  • BA/BS degree or qualified through relevant work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products – Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM system/contact center applications.
  • Right to work in US

  • Hourly Rate: $20 per hour
