Position Overview: As a Technical Content Developer, you will play a vital role in the creation of comprehensive technical documentation that supports our Enterprise products. You will design and develop content for user manuals, quick start guides, installation guides, and training materials, all tailored to meet the needs of our internal and external users. Your contributions will be crucial in establishing best-in-class knowledge transfer and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create and write high-quality technical content, including product descriptions, installation procedures, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and troubleshooting information.
  • Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Conduct interviews with SMEs to gather critical data, ensuring that all content is accurate and aligned with user needs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, management, and delivery of documentation and training material development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with engineering, marketing, SMEs, and external team members to gather essential information.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of electronic publishing tools, including Frame Maker, Adobe Illustrator, RoboHelp, Photoshop, and content management systems, as well as experience with DITA.
