  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • The CT technologist will demonstrate professionalism and service excellence when performing the following tasks.
  • Obtains necessary medical, surgical and radiological supplies for specific procedures according to established protocols.
  • Maintains sterility of field and instruments.
  • Correctly prepares requisitions.
  • Communicates to the patient and family before, during and after the procedure to alleviate anxiety while maintaining privacy and dignity of the patient.
  • The technologist will adhere to all HIPAA regulations and respect the patients privacy.
  • Verifies patient identification according to the AHS policy.
  • Observes patient’s condition before and after contrast injections and reports any sudden change to the nursing staff and Radiologist.
  • Ensures availability of medicals records, previous reports, labs and history of patient.
  • Assesses patient ability to tolerate contrast.
  • Screens for allergies/medication incompatibilities.
  • Cleans CT Unit and room after each use.
  • Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of working area, maintains QA/QC -Notifies Coordinator or Lead of equipment malfunctions.
  • When doing cases that require immediate results such as Code Grey, Trauma and Partial Trauma the images will be acquired ,processed , sent and verified/completed in PACS / RIS system per established protocol( Immediately after acquisition for Code Grey).
  • The CT technologist will notify the radiologist as Code Grey images are being sent and follow with any processed data after.

Shift: Sun, Mon, Tue 7p-8a overnight including call. Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm including call Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat 9p-7a including call

  • ARRT RT (CT)
  • NJDEP – New Jersey State X-Ray License.
  • BLS Certification.
  • HS diploma/GED
  • Completion of a Radiographer Technical training program from a School of Radiography or College based Radiography program.
