Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our Oracle SaaS sales efforts. This high-level position will focus on driving sales of Oracle Cloud Applications, including ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and NetSuite. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle solutions and a proven track record in driving sales growth in enterprise technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for Oracle SaaS products (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and NetSuite).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and positioning our Oracle solutions as the answer.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and penetrate new markets in alignment with growth strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Oracle, marketing, and product teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies and market initiatives.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and deliver quarterly reports to the executive team.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead high-value contract negotiations with large enterprises, ensuring successful deal closure and long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 8 years in a leadership role (Director/VP level).

Proven experience selling Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and NetSuite) or similar SaaS solutions.

  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle's suite of products, cloud technologies, and SaaS market trends.
  • Leadership: Experience leading and scaling high-performance sales teams.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Strong business acumen with the ability to build relationships and close deals at the executive level.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive growth in competitive markets.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
