Job Description

This is an opportunity to work with an industry leading alarm company in the Nashville and surrounding area. This job entails residential and small business alarm installation, as well as CCTV, mag locks, doorbells, and motion sensor installation. Customer service is key for this position.

The technician will be provided paid training on this company's alarm panel for the first 2-3 weeks of the position. Following the training, the technician will leave directly from their home in the morning to the first job on the day. Parts inventory will be held every Wednesday morning at this company's Nashville office. This position is presented as a 6 month contract to hire. If the technician can average 90% quality score for 2 consecutive months heading into the 6 month mark, the company will roll the technician permanent with company vehicle, gas card, benefits, etc... Quality score is determined by number of jobs the tech is able to complete without having to go back and fix their work.

Qualified candidates should have a background in atleast 1 of the following traits:

1.) Previous alarm or camera installation / programming experience.

2.) Previous residential installation / customer service experience.

3.) Previous background in low voltage cabling (cat5, cat6, coax, etc...)

This company pays highly competitive rates for this skillset and will offer the technician an opportunity to earn uncapped commission on customer upsells.
