  • Type: Hybrid (Tues/Wed/Thurs in office; Monday and Friday from home)
  • Location: Milwaukee, Wi, 53224 (4650 N Port Washington Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53224 United States )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams on complex engineering assignments.
  • Independently plan, execute, and direct engineering projects that may cross traditional product boundaries.
  • Supervise team members and ensure the successful delivery of projects, managing all financial aspects including capital expenditures and cross-functional costs.
  • Resolve complex engineering challenges and develop new design experiments without supervision.
  • Leverage creative problem-solving skills to adapt and modify standard engineering principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in engineering project management.
  • PMP Certification
  • Medical Device experience (highly desired)
  • 2-5 years of matrix management experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles across multiple disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage both technical and financial project elements.
