Requirements:

  • Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Dedication to providing effective behavioral support.
  • Comfortable working in a school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students in various settings, including classrooms and other school environments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent and effective support.
