Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group, partnered with a nationally recognized trade association client is seeking a Jr. Contracts Administrator. Who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients contract administration functions. If you are looking for a new opportunity that helps you enhance your skill set, apply now!

Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously reviewing supplier invoices, preparing billing materials, and carefully examining contract documentation.
  • Responsible for compiling proposal documentation and assisting in the preparation of reports for financial statements.
  • The ideal candidate will also provide general contract support services, working closely with management and research technical staff.
  • A strong understanding of accounts receivable billing process helpful within this role.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in contract administration, with a preference for those holding a bachelor's degree
