Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group, partnered with an international systems provider, is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer I to join the team and optimize procurement processes. As Buyer I, you will manage inventory levels, source vendors, and ensure efficient purchase order execution while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels to balance customer satisfaction and costs.
  • Vendor Sourcing: Identify and select suppliers for maximum inventory ROI.
  • Procurement Operations: Create and manage purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate ERP system data for procurement activities.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify and implement procurement enhancements.
  • Accounting Support: Provide accounting assistance as needed.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience.
  • Expert in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 ERP system, especially in purchase orders, assembly orders, warehouse receipts, inventory management, planning worksheets, demand forecasting, and planning parameters.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedicated to accuracy and continuous improvement.
