Job Title: Project Manager
Our client, a family-owned construction firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our TxDOT projects, including highways, bridges, and roads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Track project progress and provide regular reports to management.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
2+ years of project management experience on TxDOT projects (highways, bridges, roads).
Proficiency in Bluebeam, InEight, and Primavera P6 software.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
