Position: Director / AVP– Sales (Embedded Electronics)

Report to: Global Head Operations Location: Detroit, MI

Role: This position will play a leadership role with cross-functional stake holder relationships and own the sales function for the growth of embedded electronics services business vertical. Key

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership team to develop and own the sales strategy and road map for embedded electronics services business for North America region.

• Drive revenue growth and manage profitability margins.

• Promote increased awareness of our current service offerings as well as create awareness towards new offerings in the space of embedded electronics including SDV, autonomous connected vehicle, telematics, infotainment, body electronics etc in automotive/mobility industry verticals.

• Build, develop and maintain a healthy pipeline for achieving the sales targets and providing visibility for future revenue growth.

• Expand the sales team and geography footprint as per the corporate sales strategy and tactical plans.

• Eye for competition intelligence and Next-Gen business offerings.

Key Competencies and Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years with a proven track record in sales / business development. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales leader for the given domains (Automotive/ Mobility), preferably in service offering related to embedded electronics practice.

• Well-connected within automotive/mobility OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, EV start-ups in target geographies at CXO levels and or key decision makers.

• Experience of working with engineering service providers preferred.

• Working with offshore teams would be an added advantage. Support provided:
